General disclaimer

The European Economic and Social Committee (EESC) operates the website of the European Circular Economy Stakeholder Platform (ECESP), in partnership with the European Commission, for educational and non-commercial purposes alone. With this website, the inter-institutional partners aim to create a digital library that enhances public access to information about circular economy projects in Europe, and in turn supports experts with their activities, research and commentary.

While the ECESP Secretariat aims to keep all information published on this website timely and accurate, the European Economic Social Committee accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever with regard to the information on this site. This information is:

  • of a general nature only and not intended to address the specific circumstances of any particular individual or entity;
  • not necessarily comprehensive, complete, accurate or up-to-date;
  • sometimes linked to external sites over which the EESC has no control and for which the EESC assumes no responsibility;
  • not an endorsement of any programme, project or product featured on this website;
  • not professional or legal advice (if you need specific advice, you should always consult a suitably qualified professional).

This disclaimer is not intended to limit the liability of the EESC in contravention of any requirements laid down in applicable national law nor to exclude its liability for matters which may not be excluded under that law.
