This research note is a first inventory of the potential impacts of future EU circular fashion on non-European textile-producing countries. Its results suggest that the overall impact of EU circular fashion policies on textile-producing countries will be positive. Still, a short-term downturn could occur and negative impacts need to be avoided. More research is needed to substantiate the results.
