  • Following the successful completion of the European Remanufacturing Network project funded through Horizon 2020, the European Remanufacturing Council was launched in January 2017;
  • It has members such as IBM, Lexmark, SKF, Panalpina, syncreon, Autocraft and others who pay annual membership subscriptions to develop, promote and exchange good practices between the many sectors in which remanufacturing occurs;
  • The market research published on the sector is the first comprehensive European study, and is comparable to an equivalent study in the USA led by Nabil Nasr of the Rochester Institute;
  • Case studies from member remanufacturing companies, both large and small, are being published on the public section of the website.
