Description

Startup Benefício develops limited edition products (100 units each), with particular attention to the use of materials and local knowledge. By adopting artisanal production methods and respecting fair trade and the environment, the company makes high added value products and mostly applies the principles of circular economy, in particular upcycling.

The company is based in Óbidos, Portugal, and it was incubated at Startup Lisboa. It is a talent-oriented company that operates as an enabler for local economic development. Their co-creation model is a differentiating factor which they adopt as a driver to provide fair remuneration for those who are in charge of creation and production. They want to put out in the market products that benefit everyone in the value chain.
