The European Week of Regions and Cities (#EURegionsWeek) is the biggest annual Brussels-based event dedicated to regional policy. The event has grown to become a unique communication and networking platform, bringing together regions and cities from all over Europe, including their political representatives, officials as well as experts and academics.

The objective of the workshop Circular economy joined organic recovery is to encourage dialogue among EU stakeholders to identify and solve legal and technical obstacles. To support such projects in the EU, the workshop will share lessons learned: successes and challenges, and how to overcome the latter.

Syctom is a French local public authority and the leading European public operator in domestic waste management. It processes 2,3 million tonnes of municipal waste from six million inhabitants of the Île-de-France region. SIAAP, the greater Paris Sanitation Authority, transports and treats wastewater for nine million people in and around Paris, along with stormwater and industrial water.

The workshop takes place on Tuesday 20 October 2020 at 11:30 - 13:00 (CET). Please sign in with EU Login.
