This webinar on the circular economy and research into outermost islands has been organised by the Islandap Advanced project and the Canary Agency for Research, Innovation and Information Society, and will take place on 20 and 21 October 2022 from 11:30 to 13:30 (WEST - Canarian time). The webinar will be held in Spanish and Portuguese (with translation into Spanish and Portuguese) and some of the talks will be in English.

It takes a multidisciplinary approach to research into the circular economy and its challenges and the opportunities associated with island environments. The four partnership regions are Azores, Madeira, Cabo Verde and the Canary Islands. The first day of the event will explore successful European projects, and the second day will involve discussion panels on examples of ongoing island initiatives.

There is no charge for this multidisciplinary webinar but you do need to register in advance.
