In order to gain access to the funds available through the Recovery and Resilience Facility, Member States will need to prepare and submit national recovery and resilience plans. A number of Member States have published plans setting out what they aim to achieve.

What kind of approaches can governments adopt to classify budget headings and measure the impact on climate change and circularity? How can potential trade-offs be measured and monitored?

This public webinar on 18 March at 11 a.m. CET is being organised in collaboration with the European Environmental Bureau.
