The European Commission is organizing a webinar about the Product Environmental Footprint (PEF) method in the tourism sector on 14 October 2021 from 3.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m. CEST. The training is free of charge and open to all.

Objective of the training:

This basic webinar will explain how the PEF method could be applied in the tourism sector, especially in the accommodation and catering sectors. It will address questions such as what is PEF and which are the potential benefits and costs of applying this method to these sectors.

Target audience:

Tourism SMEs, people responsible for sustainability strategies and environmental impact follow-up in accommodation and catering sectors. This is a very basic training that does not need previous experience.
