"Premio Impresa Ambiente" is the highest Italian award for companies and public and private bodies that have made an innovative contribution to processes, systems, partnerships, technologies and products furthering sustainable and circular development. The event is promoted by the Venice Rovigo Chamber of Commerce and Unioncamere, with the support of Assocamerestero and Stazione Sperimentale del Vetro.

The award is divided into several categories:

• better management
• best product or service
• best process/technology
• best international cooperation
• special award for innovative start-ups
• special award for a member company of Assocamerestero 
• special award for young entrepreneurs.

All companies headquartered in Italy and registered with the competent Chamber of Commerce or which have headquarters abroad and are registered with an Italian Chamber of Commerce abroad are eligible to apply. 

Please note that public entities and/or NGOs can also compete in the "Best international cooperation" section.
