ORMAT2026 (Objectif Recyclage MATières) is an annual funding programme operated by the French Environmental Transition Agency (ADEME) as part of their Circular Economy Fund. 

ORMAT2026 supports investment in sorting and preparation of waste for recycling, the production of recycled raw materials and their incorporation into products, as well as the repurposing, remanufacturing and reconditioning of batteries. The goal is to reduce raw material consumption and boost resilience and the decarbonisation of French industry through recycling. 

ORMAT 2026 is open to businesses of all sizes active in the recycling value chain in the following French regions:

Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, Bretagne, Centre-Val de Loire, Corse, Grand Est, Guadeloupe, Guyane, Hauts-de-France, Île-de-France, La Réunion, Martinique, Mayotte, Normandie, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, Nouvelle-Calédonie, Occitanie, Pays de la Loire, Polynésie française, Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin

The programme covers six types of material:

• plastics
• textiles
• metals and batteries
• wood
• paper and cardboard
• glass and minerals 

There are two strands: 

• Strand 1: diagnostics, studies, performance tests and experiments.
• Strand 2: investments (creation of or increase in capacity or use of recycled raw materials, improvements in quality or performance).
