RAMP, The Raw Materials Partnership for the Green and Digital Transition, is a global partnership co-funded by the EU under Horizon Europe for enabling transnational research and innovation funding across the raw materials value chain.

Its first Joint Transnational Call 2026 is open to transnational research and innovation projects across the raw materials value chain. It will support projects that contribute to sustainable and resilient systems fostering the green and digital transition. 40 funders from 27 countries are participating in the first Joint Transnational Call 2026. Altogether, their national and regional commitments amount to almost EUR 41 million, dedicated to supporting transnational research and innovation projects across the raw materials value chain.

Proposals should focus on improving access to raw materials while promoting circular economy practices, achieving sustainability and minimising social and environmental costs. They should add value, innovate and contribute to industrial development. Proposals should connect the different steps of the supply chain, bridge multiple disciplines, engage with stakeholders and situate themselves in the relevant policy context.
