The European Raw Materials Academy focuses on upskilling and reskilling Europe’s raw materials workforce across the entire value chain.  The European Advanced Materials Academy strengthens Europe’s leadership in advanced and sustainable materials.

The two of them are key components of Europe’s industrial skills strategy, funded by the European Commission and implemented by EIT RawMaterials, a Knowledge and Innovation Community created by the European Institute of Innovation and Technology. It aims to promote innovation in the raw materials sector across Europe.

They are inviting high-quality learning content providers from across Europe to join a growing EU-wide education and training ecosystem supporting Europe's green and digital industrial transformation. Priority thematic areas include the circular economy and recycling systems.

Benefits for selected learning content providers include:

• EU-level visibility and co-branding as part of the flagship European Skills Academies
• Expanded learner reach across EU Member States via Academy platforms and networks
• Eligibility for financial support of up to EUR 40 000 per assignment to adapt, digitise or scale content

Collaboration may involve:

• Integrating existing courses into the Academies’ learning portfolio
• Adapting and digitising content for online, blended or hybrid delivery
• Co-developing new programmes addressing validated skills gaps
• Delivering certified training at national or regional level
• Participating in Train-the-Trainer programmes and quality-assurance activities

Organisations that design, deliver or support structured learning programmes are welcome to apply. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.
