This webinar is part of the Women for Circular Furniture conference cycle developed as part of the CirCLER Project and co-funded by the European Union. This project aims to define the professional figure of the Circular Economy Transition Manager for the wood and furniture industry and the necessary training, i.e. the set of skills expected by companies for this emerging role. It also aims to facilitate and guide the furniture industry's transition towards a circular and sustainable economic paradigm.

The webinar will explore the challenges that women face in leadership roles within the furniture industry and highlight training tools and initiatives that foster equality and empowerment, with a special focus on how women leaders can drive sustainability and circular economy practices in the sector. 

There will be a keynote speech on Leadership skills for women working in traditional industries: challenges and opportunities by Raquel Ortega Martínez, CETEM.
