New ECESP Coordination Group Work Plan 2023 is now out!

The European Circular Economy Stakeholder Platform (ECESP) is a joint initiative by the European Commission and the European Economic and Social Committee. It is a European one-stop-shop for the circular economy community: a place for dialogue and a bridge between existing circular economy initiatives.

The ECESP's 24-member Coordination Group, whose mandate started on 1 May, has now published its work plan for 2023.

What's new in 2023? The Coordination Group (CG) aims to shift from discussions to implementation, from WHY to HOW. The work plan will comprise fewer but more impactful topics, focusing on textiles, bioeconomy and constructionLeadership Groups will explore circular diplomacy, circular procurement, cities and regions, and citizen engagement & circular behaviour.

The power of networks can greatly multiply and strengthen the impact of one actor to make the circular economy a reality for us all.
