This event on 28 and 29 April will bring together international experts from industry, research and politics to discuss the latest developments in the use and utilisation of CO₂.

It will focus on innovations that convert CO₂ into marketable products such as chemicals, fuels, polymers or alternative materials. The technologies presented make an important contribution to the circular carbon economy and show ways to reduce dependence on fossil resources.

• applications for the Best CO2 Utilisation 2026 innovation award: This recognises groundbreaking products and technologies that transform CO2 into a valuable resource for the chemicals and materials sector, supporting a circular carbon economy. Deadline: 6 February
• posters on topics including CO₂-to-polymers and materials, and CO₂-to-chemicals and minerals. Deadline: 20 March
