Taking place as part of Circular Week 2026 and organised by Duisburg Business & Innovation and the Circular Rhein.Ruhr initiative, this event will combine strategic perspectives with practical discussions. Through good practices, expert discussions and interactive workshops, participants will explore the conditions needed to scale circular business models and identify the barriers that still hinder implementation.

Breakout sessions will cover topics including circular construction, digital solutions for circular construction and logistics, validating circular business ideas, digital tools for the circular built environment, the economics of circular demolition, and the potential of AI for SMEs.

CSCP will contribute to the programme with the session on Does it pay off? Pragmatically validating circular business ideas, led by Arne von Hofe. The workshop will examine how companies can assess the economic and environmental value of circular business models at an early stage and make more informed investment decisions.

The event will take place in person, and it will be held in German at 08:30-15:30 CET on 28 October. See the programme and register.
