The Ellen MacArthur Foundation's Disruptive Innovation Festival (DIF) is an interactive online event series that aims to shift mindsets and inspire action towards a circular economy by sharing and exploring disruptive ideas and stories across a range of topics.

After successful November series in 2017 and 2018, the DIF is now spread throughout the year with the following dates confirmed for 2019:

  • June 14 - one-day DIF hosted in a London pop-up studio

  • September 10 - 12 - speakers and themes will be announced soon

  • November 11 - 15 - apply to speak at our biggest event of the year

The DIF schedule is open for applications from organisations and individuals to showcase their latest thinking and activities. Previous DIF speakers include Sir Ken Robinson, Douglas Rushkoff, Tim Brown, Robin Chase, Paul Mason, Kate Raworth, Jyrki Katainen, Ida Auken and Ann Pettifor.
