Description

Polish musician Natalia Przybysz, Kayax label and WMfono press have decided to be as friendly to the planet as possible when releasing Natalia's new album in the CD and vinyl formats.

The quantity of aluminium employed for CDs has been reduced to a minimum and no printing (chemicals) has been added on top, so the CDs are transparent.

For the vinyl version, WMfono has re-grinded the waste coming from cutting other records, thus creating plates that are all different in colour one from the other, so each buyer will get a unique disc.

The CD packaging has been made from recycled paper by Kayax and the protection film from maize.

The success of the project shows to other music artists that a circular approach can also be applied to artistic creation.
