Workshop Design

Through this virtual workshop, you will have a chance to hear from experts about how food loss and waste occurs in different areas and what plans are in place to prevent this. You will then be invited to connect with others and discuss your ideas on tackling food waste in one of four breakout rooms focusing on: food loss in production & manufacturing (e.g. farming, processing), food waste in retail and distribution (e.g. supermarkets, transport), food waste in restaurants and food services, and food waste in the home. You will be invited to join the breakout room of most interest to you on the day; depending on attendee numbers, you may be assigned to a room.
