Are you involved in public procurement of innovative goods and services? This webinar will set out the findings of two projects focusing on this area.

It is organised by the BRINC project and will also provide insight into its sister project, P5Innobroker.

  • BRINC (Brokering cross-border innovation through clusters) is a COSME-funded project working to spread the use of joint public procurement of innovation across national borders. It facilitates procurement of innovation and offers training sessions for public actors, SMEs and ‘InnoBrokers’ (organisations that can facilitate contacts between innovative companies and public buyers).
  • P5 Innobroker (Public Private Partnership for Public Procurement of Innovation within the Innobroker Model) aims to develop a business model based on a Public Procurement of Innovation ecosystem. It brings together early adopter public buyers, SMEs and start-ups.

In order to facilitate procurement of innovative goods and services, these two projects have used the Innobroker (Innovation procurement brokerage) method to facilitate communication and strengthen the links between public buyers on the demand side and innovative companies on the supply side.

During this webinar, you will hear feedback from the BRINC and P5Innobroker projects, presented by the project partners as well as some of the participating public authorities. The BRINC consortium will also present an open access toolkit. Speakers include Anita Lombardo from ACR+ and Joan Juul from CLEAN.

This webinar will take place on 15 October at 13:00-15:00 CEST, in English. Registration and programme.
