CircSyst (Circular Systemic Solutions for Plastic, Packaging, Bio-Waste, and Water) is a Horizon Europe-funded initiative aiming to implement large-scale pilot systems focused on water management, biowaste, plastics and packaging.

They are organising a workshop with a view to strengthening regional and European policies on recycling, the sustainability of the plastics industry, packaging and bio-waste.

Workshop objectives:

• To validate and prioritise the policy recommendations formulated during a series of workshops previously held in eight European countries, with the participation of over 150 stakeholders.
• To assess the relevance, feasibility and impact of each measure.
• To identify new policy proposals suggested by participants.

This workshop is a unique opportunity to have a direct influence on the policies that will transform the sustainability of the plastic, packaging and bio-waste value chain. Take part in this collaborative process and promote the shift towards a more efficient and greener circular economy.
