As part of its work on the Environmental Footprint (EF), the Commission is organising a webinar for SMEs that will provide an introduction to the Product Environmental Footprint (PEF) method. It will answer questions such as:

• what a PEF study is,
• how such a study can be undertaken and
• what are the benefits for SMEs.

It will also show the links to the Green Claims Initiative, strictly connected to other policies announced in the new Circular Economy Action Plan. At the end of the webinar there will also be time for questions and answers.

This is a technical training session at introductory level that can be followed up by the information and training sessions available here.
