Collaborative and circular food systems can significantly reduce environmental pollution. They can achieve this by tackling food waste along the agri-food value chain, while improving consumers' health and making local economies and communities more resilient.

This event on Collaborative and circular food systems to reduce pollution and improve health on 27 May from 12 noon to 1.30 p.m. CEST organised by ACR+ will present the innovative approaches taken by five European projects working on synergies (FOODRUS, CO-FRESH, FAIRCHAIN, LOWINFOOD, PLOUTOS). An expert panel will address issues related to the sustainability of food systems at local and regional level.
