LIPOR, in its ongoing Circular Economy Strategy and contributing for “A Vision for Europe’s new Plastics Economy”, presents an Action Commitment according to the European Strategy for Plastics in a Circular Economy, from European Commission.

This Statement is based on a set of measures and actions to materialize that Vision.

The MEASURES adopted by LIPOR are:

• Contribute with quality secondary raw materials;
• Limit the use of plastics;
• Stimulate the market for recycled plastic;
• Discourage the single use plastics.

It’s our Commitment for ACTION:

Contribute with quality secondary raw materials, by

1. Promote communication and environmental education campaigns, and
2. Increase the recycle rates.

Limit the use of plastics, by

1. Adopt sustainable consumption patterns, and
2. Substitute the plastic materials.

Stimulate the market for recycled plastic, by 

1. Encourage the Circular Public Procurement, and
2. Use 100% recycled products.

Discourage the single use plastics, by

1. Plastic waste prevention, and
2. Training and Education.
