The ongoing BIORADAR project is supported by the Circular Bio-based Europe Joint Undertaking and its members and funded by the European Union.

It aims to:

  • Investigate the environmental impacts and circularity opportunities of the biobased textile, packaging and chemical industries,
  • Evaluate trade-offs and synergies between economic and social aspects,
  • Develop a set of integrated digital tools that take into account the interconnectivity of all impacts.

The project has developed the BIORADAR Replication Facility, a free, user-friendly digital platform offering tools, methodologies and a dedicated online course designed to accelerate Europe’s biobased transition

The Facility supports stakeholders across Europe in the transition towards a sustainable and circular bioeconomy. It does so by means of practical tools, knowledge and real-world examples which build skills, raise awareness and promote innovative biobased practices across sectors.

Through easy access to expert resources, case studies and training materials, the platform enables informed decision making, fosters collaboration and strengthens preparedness for evolving regulatory and market requirements.

The Replication Facility is designed for a wide range of stakeholders, offering tailored learning paths adapted to different needs, roles and levels of expertise.
