Active since 2023, SPOROS Platform is a sustainable investment fund.

Its investor base includes institutional investors, funds of funds, systemic banks and domestic and international asset managers. It aims to accelerate the shift to a circular economy, increase climate resilience, encourage lasting inclusive growth, eliminate waste and pollution and blend economic benefits with social and environmental good.

It focuses on four types of business:

• Circular Use Models - this includes businesses active in product-as-a-service, increased product lifespan and reuse.
• Circular Products & Materials - this involves support for businesses making or remaking circular products and materials.
• Circular Value Recovery models - this involves recovering components and using by-products.
• Enabling Solutions - this involves solutions that enhance resource productivity.

SPOROS Platform directs resources towards energy and logistics, blue economy and sustainable tourism, smart agri-food and bioeconomy, industrial symbiosis and remanufacturing, resource efficiency and circular enablers. In practice, it informs businesses about how to go circular and then helps them do it.

Businesses are invited to pitch their project to the platform.
