Nordic Circular Hotspot's first seasonal event in 2025 will focus on Circular construction in the Nordics - On the brink of a breakthrough?

With just five years left to reach the Nordic goal of becoming the most integrated and sustainable region in the world by 2030, participants will oxplore the following questions:

• Are we ready to phase out linear business models in the construction sector?
• Can we truly become circular without halting new construction?
• How radical do we need to be?

The event will feature an exciting panel, including Liv Öberg from Umeå and Anders Fylling from Statsbygg.

Brukspecialisten, Carbonaide, Resirqel AS and Næste will talk about how to accelerate circularity in the construction sector. They are all part of the Nordic Circular Construction project which aims to promote and scale commercially viable circular construction solutions across the Nordic markets.

Cathrine Barth and Jan Thomas Odegard will present some of the most exciting circular construction projects going on in the Nordics right now.

This event will bring together businesses, experts and policymakers to explore sufficiency, retrofit first and bold policy measures to transform the built environment.
