CircularPSP (Public Service Platforms for Circular, Innovative and Resilient Municipalities through pre-commercial procurement) brings together eight leading circular economy cities, representing 45 million people.

Its goal is to design, develop and test an innovative ‘circular economy solution’ that enables municipalities and their staff as well as businesses in the local economy to apply circular practices more quickly, frequently, widely and effectively. Other cities, regions, government organisations, public procurers and projects are invited to join the Follower Network.

CircularPSP has now reached Phase III, when the solutions developed by the Suppliers will be tested under real-world conditions. It invites circular economy stakeholders to attend a Follower Event where VCG/CircOS and CircularAI will demonstrate their solutions and present a detailed testing approach for Followers. The testing will start in March 2026, with priority given to municipalities and other public organisations.
