CIRCULÉIRE will be holding its annual conference in November, under the banner The Future of Business is Circular.

CIRCULÉIRE is Ireland's first circular innovation network, led by Irish Manufacturing Research (IMR) and funded by the Department of Environment, Climate and Communications.

The conference will bring together leaders in climate innovation, policy and government to discuss Ireland's journey towards decarbonisation. The key focus topics will be:

  • Pathways towards 2030
  • Building future markets
  • Showcasing industrial circularity.

Senior officials from the Department of the Environment, Climate and Communications, InterTradeIreland and the Department of the Economy NI will discuss strategy and priority initiatives with Stuart Mathieson, Research Manager from InterTradeIreland, adding all-island economic insight.

  • Rasmus Jørgensen, Project Director at Danfoss on ‘The Danfoss Remanufacturing Journey’
  • Martijn Lopes Cardozo, Partner at Regeneration.VC and former CEO of Circle Economy on ‘Scaling Finance Flows to Circular Business Models’ 
     

To showcase circularity in action, CIRCULÉIRE’s 2024 Venture cohort (Bladebridge, Finline Furniture, HaPPE Earth, Rezero and Shareclub) will pitch their innovative circular economy business models. IQUTECH, AIB, Lough Ree Distillery and other organisations will be present to share their expertise and experience in the field of circularity. 
 

IMR is the secretariat of CIRCULÉIRE, a member-based network comprising over 50 industry actors from start-ups to micro-enterprise, SMEs and MNCs. It is a broad network: food & drinks, BioPharmaChem, built environment, packaging, plastics, electronics & batteries, textiles, second-life enablers and financial services.

The event will take place on 27 November at 13:00 – 17:30 at Mullingar, National Science Park, Dublin Road, Petitswood, Mullingar, Co. Westmeath, Ireland. It will be in English and in-person only. More information and registration.
