FUELPHORIA is an EU-funded Innovation Action project that aims to establish sustainable, competitive and secure value chains from advanced biofuels and renewable fuels of non-biological origin. It has four demonstration sites in Belgium, Spain and Greece exploring different methods for manufacturing biofuel, including one using organic urban waste.

This webinar will bring together researchers, FUELPHORIA project partners and policy experts to discuss how gender issues are addressed in Horizon projects and their link to the green and just transition.

It will explore current policies, practical challenges and good practices, with perspectives from Europe and Africa. Using FUELPHORIA and related projects as reference points, the session aims to support knowledge sharing, learning and more inclusive research and innovation practices.
