Scope

In June 2026, partner events across Europe and beyond will explore this year’s theme: investing in nature – rewarding for people and business. This means using our time, knowledge, skills, space and funding to protect and restore nature, manage resources more responsibly, and support the wellbeing of people and communities.

Events can take many forms – from workshops, seminars and training sessions to public debates, exhibitions, local projects, guided visits and online webinars. They can focus on topics such as restoring habitats, protecting biodiversity, greening cities, improving water and soil management and developing nature-based solutions to environmental challenges.

These partner events are an opportunity to link the circular economy to nature. The circular economy is a practical way to tackle biodiversity loss at its source and support nature restoration. By keeping products and materials in circulation and so reducing waste and pollution, we can regenerate nature and allow biodiversity to thrive.

Organisations interested in hosting a partner event are invited to apply by 20 March.
