The CCRI Twinning Programme offers cities and regions across Europe the opportunity to engage in peer learning and knowledge exchange. It pairs cities and regions at similar levels of advancement in their circular economy journeys, creating space for them to share experiences, explore best practices and collaborate on common challenges.

The Twinning Programme is open to local and regional authorities across the EU and Horizon Europe Associated Countries, public agencies and publicly owned companies operating under their authority. This is the perfect opportunity for cities and regions to partner up in order to:

• Strengthen circular economy initiatives with targeted peer support,
• Deepen expertise on topics relevant to the region,
• Access additional opportunities within the CCRI, such as study visits and capacity-building activities.
