Congratulations to the new ECESP Coordination Group 2025-2028!
Congratulations to the new ECESP Coordination Group 2025-2028!
The Platform Secretariat received an overwhelming response to the call for expressions of interest launched in June 2025, with excellent applications from across Europe, covering different topics and sectors. The selection board carefully assessed each application to ensure a balanced group – reflecting different sectors, stakeholder types and regions – while combining continuity with fresh perspectives.
Jointly, the European Commission’s Directorate-General for the Environment and the European Economic and Social Committee are delighted to announce the 24 organisations that will form the ECESP Coordination Group (CG) for the 2025-2028 mandate.
For the next two and a half years, 24 organisation representatives will collaborate to shape the Platform’s activities and work closely with the steering group to foster the transition to a circular economy and bioeconomy in Europe.
The CG members act as ambassadors of the ECESP and play a key role in putting its objectives into practice, building on the achievements of previous mandates.
