Developed by the CirCLER project, this course is designed to help the furniture value chain become more circular and sustainable. The pilot phase will run until 31 March and aims to have the course testrun by 400 people. Feedback would be greatly appreciated!

The online course is intended for students, professionals and trainers in the furniture sector who want to deepen their understanding of circular economy principles and learn how to apply them to manufacturing processes and business strategies.

It includes 10 modules covering key topics such as circular economy fundamentals, legislative and voluntary instruments, circular business models, circular design, sustainable materials, key enabling technologies, manufacturing processes and circular economy transition strategies.

Each learning unit includes a report, video summary, podcast, quiz and interactive activities to support learning and practical application.

Participants can choose between different learning levels (Junior, Intermediate or Advanced) and complete at least one module during the pilot phase. They are also invited to provide feedback on the course content, methodology and platform usability in order to further improve the training programme.

The course is available in several European languages.
