The Circular Intelligence (Intelligenza Circolare) event will be an international dialogue on two transformative levers of the circular economy: 

  • ecodesign, in light of evolving European regulations (from the Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation to the Circular Economy Act), and its implications for supply chains and businesses;
  • and the potential of AI to enhance design, data management and the social and environmental impact of circular models.

In the morning, there will be an international conference focusing on the Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation and the Circular Economy Act, which will be discussed by national and European institutions, businesses and internationally renowned designers. In the afternoon, thematic round tables will discuss AI and digital product passports, sustainability measurement, greenwashing and social innovation. Experts will deliver circular speeches sharing their experience in the sector and cases of practical circularity.

There will also be an exhibition curated by ISIA Roma Design on the eco-innovation of products and services. The event will conclude with music and a theatrical performance on climate change.

This event will take place on 2 October at Villa Altieri, Rome, Italy. It will be in person and mainly in Italian. Programme.
