Konsum – Reset (consumer reset) art exhibition and workshop
The Konsum – Reset (consumer reset) art exhibition and workshop will take place in Vienna, in connection with the European Week for Waste Reduction (EWWR 2025) and SDG 12 – Responsible Consumption and Production.
It will explore the notion of rethinking consumption and reducing e-waste through an engaging combination of art, talks and dialogue. The exhibition will present creative works made from electronic and household waste, transforming discarded materials into thought-provoking 'Garbage Art'.
Experts from the circular economy, environmental education and digital sustainability fields will discuss how behavioural change, innovation and community action can help reduce unnecessary waste. Visitors are invited to experience, reflect and join the conversation on how to 'reset' our approach to consumption for a more sustainable future.
In line with ÖkoEvent criteria, the exhibition will follow environmentally friendly event standards and promote local collaboration within the European network for waste reduction.
