PACCT Training Bootcamp: Develop profitable and sustainable offers with Product-as-a-Service
PACCT for Sustainability aims to make service and sustainability the keystone of businesses across Europe and to build a European community focused on Product as a Service. It is organising a two-day, in-person bootcamp designed to help professionals develop their profitable and sustainable Product-as-a-Service offers.
Companies need to comply with evolving regulations, reduce their environmental footprint and stay competitive. This two-day intensive bootcamp will help participants address these challenges by exploring Product-as-a-Service (PaaS) models, shifting from a volume-driven model to a service- and impact-oriented business model.
Highlights of the bootcamp:
- Understand the fundamentals and benefits of Product-as-a-Service
- Explore real-life business cases and environmental benefits
- Identify strategic opportunities for your company
- Build an action plan for your own service-based model
- Develop a compelling case for change to engage internal and external stakeholders.
This hands-on training session is led by François Johnston, former global head of “Tire-as-a-Service” at Michelin and founder of Johnston Circular and the PACCT for Sustainability project. You’ll benefit from expert guidance, peer learning and a 6-month follow-up programme to support implementation.
This programme is designed for leaders and decision makers involved in strategy, marketing, business development, finance, innovation or sustainability.
This paid bootcamp will take place on 26-27 November in Brussels. It is limited to 15 participants. Registration.
