Save the date! ICLEI Europe and the City of Barcelona will be hosting the 2027 Procura+ Conference on 16-19 February 2027 in Barcelona. 

This conference will bring together over 200 participants from around Europe and the world, including government officials, industry leaders and procurement practitioners, to discuss the latest developments in the field of sustainable, circular and innovation procurement. It will include adeep-dive workshop on Circular Public Procurement.

The open call for contributions to the two Market Lounge sessions is now open. These sessions will include up to 80 round tables (40 each day) where participants will talk and get insights into key policies, strategies, guidance and tools. 

• Market Lounge - Policies & strategies, at 11:00-12:40 CET on day 2 (17 February). This session will focus on strategies, policies, and most importantly how to implement procurement on the ground.
• Market Lounge - Guidance & tools, at 13:50 - 15:30 CET on day 3 (18 February). This session will focus on discussing and showcasing tools, approaches, research, projects and initiatives to help you achieve impact through your procurement work.

The call is open to procurement practitioners from local, regional and national government, public authorities, businesses, suppliers, manufacturers, policymakers, legal experts, scientific and research organisations, international and European institutions and agencies.
