EIT Climate-KIC's City Loops Programme aimed to build circular capacity by addressing cross-sectoral collaboration on a system-level and within an urban context. 

This document gives an overview of how cities tackled challenges using circular approach.

It looks at implementing circular strategies in the construction sector, making use of the brewery sector's biowaste, how two cities worked together to create innovation in contruction, how to make public procurement more circular, and building circular networks.
