Bioeconomy Changemakers Festival: high-level event organised by the European Commission

Take part in the high-level event organised by the European Commission as part of the Bioeconomy Changemakers Festival!

This high-level event is part of the Bioeconomy Changemakers Festival, a collection of events organised by the European Commission (DG Research and Innovation) in cooperation with the Bioeconomy Youth Ambassadors from 11 to 17 March. Along with the high-level event, the festival will comprise over 30 satellite events organised by third party organisations all over Europe.

The festival aims to engage young people as drivers of the transformative change needed to address the multiple challenges facing Europe and to unlock the potential of the bioeconomy to make that transformation happen.

On 13 March, the EU’s Bioeconomy Youth Ambassadors will present their Bioeconomy Youth Vision at the high-level event. They hope to discuss it in the presence of representatives of young changemakers (young farmers, foresters, scientists, etc.) or representatives of young professionals.

  • Agenda of the high-level event, to take place on 13-14 March in Brussels
  • You will need to register for this hybrid event: in-person or online participation is possible as the event will be streamed.

NOTE 1: Places for in-person attendance are limited, therefore the European Commission reserves the right to reject applications for in-person attendance.
NOTE 2: Be aware that as part of this registration, you can be asked to create an EU Login-account. EU Login is the European Commission's user authentication service. It allows authorised users to access a wide range of Commission web services, using a single email address and password.
