This online event will take place during Circular Week 2025. It will highlight five circular business models that are transforming industries and accelerating the circular economy. 

Up2Circ (Boosting the uptake of circular business model, product and process innovation) is a Horizon Europe programme which aims to accelerate and scale up the transition of European SMEs towards a circular economy. The programme will develop and implement attractive and efficient measures tailored to the specific needs of each company.

During this session, Up2Circ beneficiaries will present hands-on projects and success stories demonstrating that circularity is not merely a concept but a powerful business strategy. 

Participants will see how innovators are making a real impact through: 

• Product as a Service – Smart systems for reusing tools (JG Group)
• Circular Supply Chain – Grape waste turned into eco-friendly leather (Planet of Grapes)
• Product Life Extension – Remanufactured and co-designed handbags (Embawo)
• Recovery & Recycling – Food waste converted into mushrooms (Vox Terra)
• Circular Product Design – Modular furniture built for longevity (Studio Belize)

The session offers inspiration, practical insights and evidence that when innovation meets circular thinking, sustainability becomes a driver of success.
