Circular Cities Day
Circular Cities Day is part of the OECD Urban Days event which runs from 14 to 17 April.
Urban Days is organised by the OECD Centre for Entrepreneurship, SMEs, Regions, and Cities and will bring together global leaders, experts and changemakers to discuss how to shape and finance inclusive, circular and sustainable cities. Sessions will feature the latest OECD evidence and explore solutions to create cities for all ages, tackle the housing crisis, close the loop on resource use, build climate-resilient communities and imagine the post-2030 agenda.
Circular Cities Day will include sessions on Closing the loop: circular economy in European cities and regions and Circular cities and regions in action: insights from 10 policy scans (both organised jointly by the OECD and the Circular Cities and Regions Initiative), a masterclass on the Proximity revolution and deep dives into Beyond bricks – circular buildings for a greener tomorrow and From drain to gain – rethinking water in a circular economy. It will conclude with a networking event.
This event will be in person only and in English. It will take place on 15 April in room CC9 of the OECD headquarters in Paris. Registration and programme.
