As the Horizon 2020 research programme becomes Horizon Europe, what better time to see how great ideas turned into real projects? LOOPS willl be the opportunity to show what cutting-edge research has been produced, and what changes it can bring to our communities.

For those who are not familiar with it, LOOPS is a live webinar series committed to spotlighting innovation in the circular economy. The topic of this episode will be the EU Soil Strategy, in line with #EUGreenWeek 2022: EU Green Deal - Make it real.

The episode will feature input from BIOSCHAMP, which focuses on biostimulant alternative casing for a sustainable and profitable mushroom industry with an eye to circular practices, and SUSFERT, which is working on developing multifunctional fertilisers for phosphorus and iron supply. Both of these are Horizon 2020 projects focusing on sustainable fertilisers. BIOSCHAMP has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under Grant Agreement No. 101000651.

The Secretary General of Veltha, Luca Polidory will moderate the episode.
