How to monitor and report food loss and waste?
The EU-funded project FOODRUS seeks to create resilient local food systems in Europe by developing 23 circular solutions to limit food losses and waste along the agri-food value chain. The FOODRUS project is currently collecting stakeholder feedback to develop a catalogue of impactful, diverse, and inspiring solutions to improve food systems.
For this reason FOODRUS invites everyone to fill out their survey on inspiring solutions. Respondents will automatically be invited to eight workshops to further discuss the topic.
The online event on Monday 5 December 2022 from 15:00 to 17:00 CET represents the kick-off of the workshop series FOODRUS inspiring solutions to improve our food systems and will focus on how to monitor and report food loss and waste. Register here!
