CircularInvest is a Project Development Assistance project funded by the European Union under the Horizon Europe programme. It is part of the Circular Cities and Regions Initiative (CCRI) and is intended to facilitate the implementation of the Circular Economy Action Plan.

Basically, it helps circular economy projects across Europe become investment-ready and increases their chances of securing financial resources. Its services are provided by four organisations with extensive experience in setting up and implementing circular economy projects: INOVA, META, ICLEI Europe and Circle Economy.

CircularInvest provides tailor-made support to improve projects' circularity, develop a business plan (including IP and legal aspects), and make circular economy projects more appealing to investors.

This is the third Call for Expressions of Interest launched under the CircularInvest project.
