The World Bank has launched a survey to identify key challenges facing the public sector in the EU when transitioning to a circular economy. It also wants to understand what capacities would be required to address those challenges.

The company Factor Ideas for Change is therefore working with the World Bank to roll out the “Survey for the Capacity of the Public Sector in Mainstreaming Circular Economy”. The survey will gather information from relevant circular economy stakeholders, mainly from the private, academic and NGO sectors in the EU Member States.
