The road to a circular future: the realizations and the challenges
Denuo is the Belgian umbrella association for private companies who put the circular economy at the heart of their operations. It represents 220 companies, which are helping enterprises across all sectors to fundamentally change their production processes, making the transition towards the circular economy, and also including manufacturing companies who use circular economy principles.
In its 2016-2017 sustainability report, Denuo (then Go4Circle) highlights a series of good Belgian examples of circular economy, as well as various examples of products that are not (yet) recyclable or that prevent the recycling of other products. In this way, the association aims to inspire companies, governments and other organizations to do their bit to make the circular economy more and more a reality.
