The IEEE 10th International Forum on Research and Technologies for Society and Industry (RTSI 2026) will include a special session on AI-powered innovations for circular economy: Advancing sustainable recycling.

It will explore how AI, robotics and data-driven technologies can support efficient waste management, material recovery and circular economy solutions.

They are calling for contributions from academia and industry on topics including:

• AI-based waste sorting and recycling
• Robotics for automated disassembly
• Computer vision for recycling systems
• Edge AI for real-time processing
• Predictive analytics and recyclability assessment
• Circular supply chains and industrial applications

Submission deadline: 5 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 

Acceptance notification: 15 June
