Description

Renewaball BV was launched in early 2020 as a groundbreaking project aimed at transforming the tennis and padel industries through sustainable innovation. It introduced the world’s first fully circular tennis and padel balls, designed with recycled materials sourced from used balls collected across European clubs.

This project embodies eco-friendly design by reusing rubber from old balls and using biodegradable wool felt to replace conventional polyester and nylon, which reduces microplastic pollution.

This is how they do it:

The company aims to set a new industry standard, combining innovation in resource reuse, eco-design and circularity within the European market.
