Circular Shift is an EU-funded project initiated to scale up the circular public procurement of textiles and ICT/phones in five Member States (the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France and Ireland). It is developing a value chain collaboration method of procurement that will be piloted by public authorities.

Achieving circular value chains through public procurement requires a fundamental shift toward value chain collaboration. This webinar will explore needs and barriers to fostering value chain collaboration in the public procurement of textiles

Highlighting several cases from North-West Europe, the session will present perspectives from both buyers and suppliers. Speakers will emphasise the importance of collaboration across the value chain.

Hear about developing a circular textile product from local post-consumer textile waste in the Netherlands, repair and upcycling of professional workwear in Belgium, and upcycling workwear into children’s outdoor clothing in France.

This webinar will take place at 10:30-12:00 CEST on 13 May. Registration and programme.
